TmTmc-OresAndMore & TmTmc-Gravels Update March 22, 2019
Details
-
This release will ONLY work on Forge Servers (build 1.12.2-14.23.5.2768) for both Single and Multiplayer.
-
Added 4 new blocks (Orichalcum, White Table Salt, Black Hawaiian Salt & Himalayan Pink Salt)
-
Added 1 new Ore & Ingot for Orichalcum
-
Added 3 new Salt Shakers for Salt Blocks
-
Added Achievements Tabs for Ores & Gravels in Advancements page of the client
- Added Achievements for all items found or crafted in TmTmc-Gravels & TmTmc-OresAndMore. Now you can visually see what you've found and/or crafted as you play
-
Fixed Bug with Destroyer PickAxe Texture having incorrect dimensions and throwing exceptions, but still worked
-
Changed logic for TmTmc-Gravels so the colored gravels are no longer spawning greater than other blocks/ores do. So they will be less frequently seen, but still findable in both Overworld and The_Nether from levels 1-111. Color is nice, but this was just too much for some players.
-
Updated / Added new textures in TmTmc - Resource Packs for new blocks, ores, ingots & items.
-
Added beginning logic for the three Salt Shakers. If you are standing in a garden where Carrots, Potatoes or Beets are planted, you can right click on the vegetable to put salt on them. Sound and visual representation are just the beginning. The plan is to be able to put salt on some foods before eating it. However, too much and you can get sodium poisoning which will cause damage to you.

1.0.5 January 26, 2019
This release of TmTmc-ResourcePack and TmTmc-OresAndMore has a theme of color and reality by including some of the most deadly ores found on Earth. These ores are listed as some of The 10 Most Deadly Rocks and Minerals that many people don't know about. The default images are colorful and represented by a 16px by 16px of the HD images we added to the resource pack. Personally, I like seeing the real deal, so my default is using the resource pack.
Added
13 New Ore Blocks
13 New Ores
13 New Ingots
1 New Nugget (Torbernite)
2 Poisonous Potions - Arsenic Neurotoxin and Cinnabar Poison

* Changes
The original four blocks now have a recipe to craft 9 ingots to get 1 block.
All four block textures have been updated for ores and ingots for the 16px by 16px, 128px by 128px and 256px by 256px images in the resource pack
Ores and Ingots now have a standardized look across all blocks
Custom Potion Bottles - re-use
Each of the custom potion bottles created for the Poison and Antidotes are not currently supported in the brewing station. In a future release, we will change this logic so anything potion related would be done in a brewing stand and not crafting table.
When the Arsenopyrite Neurotoxin Poison is created, you will receive a normal Potion Bottle with the Arsenopyrite Neurotoxin Poison as its name. You can use this to create the antidotes (recommended), or put that bottle into the brewing stand and create a different potion entirely.
Before crafting the poisons or antidotes, make sure you have enough room in your hand (bottom row) that can be used to put the potion. In some scenarios, you will lose it - this will be fixed in the next release.
Torbernite Nuggets
You can craft 9 nuggets into 1 Torbernite Ingot
Cinnabar Blocks EXPLODE!!
While you can mine for the Cinnabar blocks, they cannot be placed in direct sunlight or they will go boom and so will you! This is one of the worlds most dangerous ore. Don't believe me? Go ahead and place one down in front of you during the day. There is nothing preventing you from placing them down at night if you really want to. But it would be a cool payback for anyone who tries to take one of these beautiful blocks from you and then place it down in their home. "Surprise!!!"
Ores cause heart damage when held and smelted
We told you this stuff was dangerous right? Well, holding ores is just as bad. You will start taking 1 full heart damage each second while you hold it. Even when you use these ores as fuel, they will also cause damage to the player who removes smelted items from the furnace. This would be a terrible trick to play on someone, but in survival, that's part of the game.
Powders for potions
There are three powders introduced in this release. Cinnabar (red), Cobalt (blue) and Orpiment (orange). These powders are used currently when crafting the poison and antidotes and will later be supported in the brewing stand.
